 Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, correctly using the ordering system.
• Understand and communicate what’s on the menu, answering questions customers might have, and making recommendations on menu selections to customers if necessary.
• Accurately deliver food to customers, making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is correct and appealing before taking it to the table.
• Periodically check in with customers to make sure everything is going well with their meal, being attentive, and responding to additional requests as needed.
• Respond quickly to issues customers have, getting management involved if necessary.
• Help with basic food prep as needed, and/or perform light cleaning in the dining, serving stations, or kitchen areas.
• Keep serving stations stocked with ice, soda, etc., as well as keeping their section clean and prepared for new guests.
• Know and follow applicable food service safety regulations and best practices.
• Be willing to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Monitor station inventory levels
• Accommodate guests’ special requests

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare smoothies, juices etc. 
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age when needed
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

 Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant. Use warm, kind and welcoming language.Ensure guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the restaurant.
• Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
• Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
• Providing customers with menus, silverware and answering any initial questions they may have
• Track seating queues and be conscientious of ensuring customers are seated in a timely manner and in the correct order. 
• Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
• Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties
• Assist and accommodate customers with special seating needs such as booster seats, wheel chairs, high chairs etc. 

 Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Help communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins as needed
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils as needed
• Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)

 Responsibilities:

• Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.
• Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves.
• Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
• Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials.
• Setup clean tables for service with clean silverware
